Today’s instalment of “Sunrise Salutations” is a lot more personal in nature. I like to keep things real, and every message of hope I ever share with you has been wrought from deep spaces where I’ve been made to feel hopeless and needed to hear those words myself too.
This post is in commemoration of the journey that has given me back my voice, and in celebration of a milestone reached on my escape into true liberation. As such, I have removed the paywall for today on this post.
Thank you for your post yesterday titled “Mothers Are Not Saints.” It fuelled me for this juncture on my journey and further reminded me why I continue in this fight to get all the way free.

This is not going to be an anti-feminism rant. I’m neither feminist nor anti-feminist because I vowed to never join a cult after exiting enough of them. Every woman has a mean girl story, sometimes starring her own mother. Women who deny experiencing being hurt by competitive, underhanded, envious, calculating, and humiliating behaviour …
All my messages are inspired by my daily interactions with the Sun, and my experience of the collective energies, but they are timeless channelings. This means that they can be returned to again for guidance, or listened to on a different day when the words feel more aligned with what you are experiencing personally.
